Quinn Kelly

Quinn is a Jesus-loving wife, mother of four, licensed marriage and family therapist and author of “Raising Boys: A Christian Parenting Book” — as well as the creator of Sanctification and Spitup — a blog designed to encourage women and men to find God’s goodness in the everyday moments of life.

As a pastor’s daughter, Quinn was raised in the church and at the age of 12 gave her life to Christ, which ignited a passion inside her to encourage others in life and faith. As she grew, she always felt God leading her to pursue her love of writing and creating.

In 2006, Quinn did just that and graduated with a Public Relations degree from Kansas State University. But after working just one year in journalism, she felt God was calling her back to school. Two years later (and nine months after having her first son) Quinn graduated with her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University.

For the next few years, Quinn took time to raise her four boys while seeing clients. Then one night she felt the need to share an article she wrote about parenting, so she created a blog after putting her babies to bed. And that is how Sanctification and Spitup was birthed, as well as her writing and speaking career.

In 2018, Quinn felt led by God to organize a women’s faith conference in Houston that she named Renew, which quickly developed into a conference series. In April 2022, after having three Renew conferences with 900 women combined, Quinn and her team were able to offer “Renew for Two” – Renew’s first marriage conference to over 275 people.  

As an extension of the Renew conferences, Quinn’s podcast called “Renew You” was birthed which has hosted a variety of Godly guests including Tauren and Lorna Wells, Demi Tebow, Brandon and Brittany Lake, Korie Robertson and Chrys Howard, Amy Weatherly, Tara-Leigh Cobble, Dr. Caroline Leaf and Danielle Coke from “Oh Happy Dani.”

Throughout the last decade, Quinn’s writing has also been featured on Today Show’s Funniest Parents, Scary Mommy, Family Share, Love What Matters, PopSugar, Huffington Post, Baby Chick, Her View From Home and Mother and Baby Australia. In April 2022, Quinn published her first book called “Raising Boys” through Rockridge Press, which made it to Amazon’s number one spot on the school-age children new release list.

When Quinn is not recording podcasts or seeing clients, you can find her in a sports’ carpool for one of her sons, walking her naughty but cute goldendoodle Hazel, or folding loads upon loads of laundry.
